I have to admit, I was a little hesitant writing this review. For one, I’ve seen Dean Graziosi on TV more times that I can count and he always rubbed me to wrong way for some reason.
For two, I’ve looked at real estate courses like John Carlton’s No Money Down and all of those. Well, looked at is a bit pre-emptive. I bought them. For hundreds of dollars.
Needless to say, I was a bit jaded.
I’ve never been much of a real estate guy I guess. I’ve always preferred the Internet world of domains and virtual real estate. But then i was talking to a buddy… About this Rock Bottom Blueprint thing.
So, being the good marketer that I am, decided to check it out. In fact, I actually decided that I’d just buy the course to expose the hype and rip-off-ed-ness of the course…

Rock Bottom Blueprint Review – What Is It?
So, you now the story. I couldn’t stand Dean Graziosi… But something about the Rock Bottom Blueprint pulled me in. I think it’s the fact that I truly don’t believe that the economy is getting better. I see as much pain and struggling around me as I saw two years ago.
And real estate… It’s more abysmal than ever!
2 or my 4 neighbors have put their houses up for sale because they can’t afford them anymore… They’re still for sale 13 months later! That’s how bad it is.
So, I decided to check out Rock Bottom Blueprint and offer a review up here.

It’s a big course, for sure. And Rock Bottom Blueprint has a 5 week one-on-one coaching element that NO OTHER courses out there have. That’s a huge step in the right direction.
Rock Bottom Blueprint Review – What I Liked
The thing I liked the most about Rock Bottom Blueprint was the one on one coaching.
See, you get the materials and you have a week or so to go through them. And then the your coach calls you and starts on the one on one sesssions. So, you have just enough time to get through the training and let it digest for a bit and then they call and walk you through the process step by step.
I have to admit, I learned real estate very, very quickly and I felt comfortable with it that I could actually put some of these action steps to good use!
Rock Bottom Blueprint Review – What I Didn’t Like
If there was one thing I didn’t like about the Rock Bottom Blueprint, I would have to say it’s some of the marketing strategies that the millionaires are talking about in it.
Although most are very good, there was one that I didn’t like on self listing the property. I personally don’t think that you can do very well self listing, but that might just be in my limited view of the real estate world. I’ll have to try one and test it out!
Rock Bottom Blueprint Review – Overall Thoughts
If you’re in to real estate or are wanting to get into real estate, there is no better time that like right now. Rock Bottom Blueprint is a great step in the right direction to get started. I liked the course, even though I had some hesitancy at first, but that’s ok. I very much recommend it now.
